World Tour Wednesday-France

Our country this week was France, and the food was delicious and rich. So much cheese and cream…we are so full!

We had Chicken Cordon Bleu with a Creamy Dijon sauce, Gratin Dauphinois, and glazed carrots. For dessert, we made strawberry cheesecake macarons. We’ve done macarons before and you can find a blog post on them here on our site! There’s a reason people like French food so much! It’s just so good. The sauce was amazing, and I will definitely make it again to use on just some baked chicken.
