This week’s country was Sweden, and we decided to make it an easy week on ourselves. We googled several recipes, but in the end, we chose Swedish meatballs and lingonberry preserves because we know that we like it and we’ve had a busy week.
So we grabbed an old favorite, Ikea! The sauce packet and lingonberry preserves were from there and then we added some frozen meatballs and egg noodles. Really simple, and I forgot how tasty the lingonberry preserves are with a little bit of sweet and a little bit of tart.
